Refund Policy
At Pankaj Jain – Profit Mastery workshop, we value transparency and commitment from both sides. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any session, workshop, or coaching program.
✓ Session Attendance Policy
All coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs are conducted on pre-scheduled dates and times, which are communicated in advance via email, WhatsApp, or the official platform.
✗ Non-Attendance & Refunds
If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session without prior intimation, the following policy will apply:
- • No refund will be provided for missed sessions due to non-attendance.
- • Non-attendance includes failure to join live sessions, late joining beyond the permitted time, or leaving the session midway without valid reason.
- • The responsibility to attend the session lies solely with the participant.
✓ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- • The session is cancelled by Pankaj Jain or the organizing team.
- • The session is postponed and the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date (subject to approval).
- • Any technical issue from the organizer's side that prevents the session from being conducted.
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation and credited to the original mode of payment.
✗ No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- • Failure to attend the session for personal reasons.
- • Change of mind after payment.
- • Partial attendance or early exit from the session.
- • Failure to check session details, timings, or access links shared beforehand.
↔ Transfer & Rescheduling
- • Session access is non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
- • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session time and are subject to availability and approval.
